Centers of Excellence : Cerulean’s 10,000 sq ft campus is a certified software technology park under the STPI guidelines of the Government of India. The campus houses Centers of Excellence (CoE) in J2EE, Microsoft.NET and Open Source platforms like PHP, PERL, MYSQL, Linux, etc. The development center is equipped with 24*7 security, always-on high-speed internet access, training facilities and extensive greenery that makes for a pleasing atmosphere for intellectually stimulating work.

Induction Training: Cerulean’s induction training for new hires cover various management, process, documentation and delivery issues and ensures that there is a smooth induction of the new hire into the delivery team.

Soft skills training: Cerulean encourages employees to enhance their soft skills e.g. presentation skills, speaking skills and communication skills through regular workshops. The key employee-driven activity is the Saturday Colloquia where employees select a topic for discussion and nominate one of their peers to present to them on the subject matter.

In addition, Cerulean sponsors its staff for Microsoft and Sun certified programs, and programs in system administration, Project Management Practices, etc.
