Cerulean follows a rigorous, standards-based development process methodology that has been certified as ISO9001: 2000 compliant by PJR, Inc. The ultimate outcome of following a high-quality process is increased customer satisfaction.

Cerulean has a formal methodology to evaluate Customer Satisfaction and incorporate the feedback into the organization business process. Customers rate us on a scale of 5 (1=worst, 5=best) on six different business parameters at the end of every project that they contract with us. Overall project ratings are arrived at from individual ratings. We also derive overall Customer Satisfaction Ratings on a rolling six-month basis and on a lifetime basis.
